Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return with full refund via store credit minus the cost of shipping (if applicable), return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. These items will be eligible for full refund via store credit, minus the cost of shipping (if applicable). This policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you choose to use a return label provided by Core Beauty, $5.95 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of the return label.
We must receive item within 30 days of return approval or the return will be cancelled.
We do not accept returns on the following products:
- Liquid Foundation, BB Creams, Concealers (Please utilize our sampler program to assist with finding your correct color match)
- Professional Products
- Used False Lashes
- Sample & Trial Kits
- 'Final Sale' Items
Gift cards are non-refundable.
If you received a gift with purchase, and choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return in order to receive a full refund. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase if you choose to keep it. If you received a promotional gift card with purchase and return your purchase, the gift card will be voided.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased with winning gift cards. We do not refund return shipping unless it is the error of a Core Beauty Team Member.
